Do you work on Apple Products?
We fully support setup and troubleshooting of iPhones and iPads. When it comes to Apple computers, we are available for setup, configuration and basic troubleshooting. If a major problem with a Mac comes up we would refer you to an Apple specialist.
Do you work on server based networks?
Yes, Northwest IT works on all aspects of Windows Server based networks such as Active Directory and Exchange services. However we do not support Linux based server setups.
Can you help integrate with Office 365/Azure?
Of course! Our friendly and knowledgeable technicians can help you migrate services to the cloud or integrate office 365 with local setups.
